Guard: strengthens keeper moves and block moves. Even with 1 control, you don't have much trouble with it, control is not important in IE2. You get more precise passes and longshots and after winning a duel or recieving a pass the person with high control is less likely to accidentally loose the ball. Body: strengthens dribble moves and slightly block moves it also make people stronger in duels where no special move is used. It is very useful to have a lot of these skills I metioned in your team, it is precious when a player already has a good skill in his moveset since you can't unlearn moves from the first 4 moves in this game, you only have 2 free slots. Note: the Plus and Force skills do not stack, for example Shot Force boosts shooting moves used by your team but when one player has it a second player with shot force does not add anymore power. Further good skills are Everyone Move It, Never Give Up, Cool Up and every skill with Plus or Force behind it. Since there are not many girls in the game, Charm Up is also very good. The best skill in the game is Big Moves which powers up special moves 1.2 times (but also at 1.2 the tp costs). In competition routes they can be very useful to get the 5-0 win for S-rank, when the goalkeeper is tp-drained you can score easily with them from far away. You can't chain them in IE2 and are weak and easily blocked by defenders (so also not useful for draining goalkeepers). In the meta, long shots are not very useful here. A moves counts as used when you have seen the animation, you don't need to score in order to level up. Slow moves are in the end slightly stronger when fully evolved, this effect is larger in the Japanese version due to the slower upgrading process. In the Japanese version you have to use a move more than two times as much to upgrade it. It doesn't make a lot of difference, slow moves level up the first time after 20 times in the PAL version using the move and fast moves after 12 (more or less) times. You have three categories: fast, medium and slow. Additionally, not every move levels up at the same pace. You have moves that only level up 2 times to shin (or +2) and you have moves that need to upgrade 5 times (the G5 moves or L5 in PAL version) but most moves upgrade two times. You can't tell in general how fast a move levels up. In the PAL version it goes much faster than in the Japanese version (allmost 2.5 times as fast!). It depends whether you have the PAL or Japanese version.
